We are looking for a motivated and organized Assistant Manager to support our team, ensure smooth daily operations, and provide excellent customer service.

 Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager at Big Bear Bounce will work closely with the Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, and maintain a high standard of customer service and safety. The ideal candidate will have experience in a supervisory role, a passion for creating positive guest experiences, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


 Key Responsibilities:

- Operations Support: Assist the Manager in overseeing all aspects of facility operations, including staffing, scheduling, event coordination, and inventory management.

- Staff Leadership: Train, supervise, and motivate a team of floor attendants, party hosts, and front desk clerks. Act as the point of contact for staff issues in the Manager’s absence.

- Customer Service Excellence: Engage with guests to ensure they have an exceptional experience, handle questions or concerns, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

- Safety & Cleanliness: Monitor and enforce safety protocols and cleanliness standards throughout the facility. Conduct routine checks on play equipment and ensure compliance with safety procedures.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the party area before, during, and after the event

- Financial Management: Assist with daily cash handling, transactions, and register reconciliation. Help monitor expenses and work with the Manager to meet revenue goals.

- Event Management: Help coordinate and execute birthday parties, group events, and special activities to ensure smooth, enjoyable experiences for guests.

- Administrative Duties: Assist in maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and managing any necessary paperwork or documentation.


 Qualifications:

- Experience: 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant management role, preferably in family entertainment, hospitality, or retail.

- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

- Customer Focus: Friendly and service-oriented with a passion for creating memorable experiences.

- Flexibility: Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.

- Certifications: First Aid and CPR certifications are a plus or must be willing to obtain upon hiring.
