We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team with enthusiasm and dedication.
Job Summary:
The Manager of Big Bear Bounce will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations, delivering excellent customer service, and managing a team of dedicated staff members. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality, family entertainment, or retail management, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of Big Bear Bounce, including scheduling, event coordination, and inventory management.
- Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of employees, including hosts, attendants, and customer service representatives. Foster a positive team culture focused on delivering a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service at all times. Address guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Safety and Compliance: Implement and enforce safety procedures and policies. Conduct regular equipment checks, manage safety training for staff, and address any safety concerns promptly.
- Financial Management: Assist in budget management, monitor expenses, and work to optimize revenue through promotions, events, and customer loyalty programs.
- Marketing and Event Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Big Bear Bounce’s services. Assist in planning, promoting, and executing special events and themed activities to drive attendance and engagement.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain records, prepare weekly reports, and handle any administrative tasks to support facility operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-3 years in a management or supervisory role, preferably in the family entertainment, hospitality, or retail sector.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Customer Focus: A passion for creating positive guest experiences with the ability to handle guest interactions in a friendly and professional manner.
- Flexibility: Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings as needed.
- Certification: First aid and CPR certifications are preferred or must be willing to obtain upon hiring.
