Job Title: Party Room Host - Big Bear Bounce

Job Summary:

Big Bear Bounce is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Party Room Host to help create memorable birthday parties and events for kids. As a Party Room Host, you will be responsible for ensuring each party runs smoothly, interacting with kids and parents, and making sure our guests have a fun, stress-free experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests and assist in the setup and cleanup of the party room.

- Engage with children and families to create a fun and energetic atmosphere.

- Coordinate party activities, food service, and cake cutting to ensure a seamless experience.

- Monitor safety guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.

- Provide exceptional customer service to parents and answer any questions about our services.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the party area before, during, and after the event.

- Collaborate with the bounce house staff to ensure timely transitions between activities.

Qualifications:

- Experience working with children (e.g., camp counselor, babysitting, etc.) preferred.

- Ability to engage with children in a fun and enthusiastic manner.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Comfortable with a fast-paced, energetic environment.

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends and some evenings.

- Basic understanding of party/event coordination is a plus.

- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
